The press service of Umalat said that the company has rebranded and changed its name to Unagrande Company, writes The DairyNews.

The press service noted that recently the company has accumulated a lot of changes that required extensions to the holding level.

‘We are moving from the image of a local food manufacturer to a world-class lifestyle corporation. We see that in Russia, people want to get not just delicious food, but high-quality and healthy food. At the same time, it is important for them to be a follower of the brand, to share its philosophy. The new name will become synonymous with a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition,’ said Alexey Martynenko, Founder and CEO of Unagrande Company Holding.

The press service of the company also stressed that the new brand name will allow the company to enter new markets, offering highly competitive high-quality products, innovative cheese lines and products for children.

According to the company, in 2020, Umalat produced 7,800 tons of dairy products. Gross revenue amounted to more than 3 billion rubles, which is 20% more than in 2019.

According to the Dairy Intelligence Agency, in 2020, the volume of milk processing in Umalat reached 38.5 thousand tons.
