The presentation of the two-volume edition "Cheese. Scientific basis and technology" will take place at the XI Dairy Olympics in Saint-Petersburg
– When we were offered to support the project, we did not hesitate to give our consent, because such a publication in Russian is more relevant today than ever. We see how the production of cheeses, which we have seen only with imported labels, is developing, how the cheese assortment in our stores is expanding, we note their high quality and original taste, – commented Andrey Sollogub.
The expert added that the company Chr. Hansen as a supplier of ingredients notes that more and more domestic producers shift the focus of their attention to the quality of products, the uniqueness of taste, the naturalness of the ingredient composition. According to Sollogub, "Cheese. Scientific basis and technology" will be a real encyclopedia that will be able to provide the necessary theoretical knowledge and help to find answers to all relevant questions.
We will remind that the XI Dairy Olympics will be held in St. Petersburg from 26 to 29 May. The event will bring together key domestic and foreign experts of the dairy industry.
