- In all regions we see the real growth of marketable milk production - it is about 2-3%. The negative factor that can change the situation is the demand dynamics. We do no expect real disposable income of the population. The situation is such that additional volumes of milk will leave in stocks, - told Artem Belov.
According to the expert, this year there are still quite high prices for milk in summer. The first factor in this situation is the continued restrictions on the import of milk and dairy products from other countries. The second factor is the implementation of a large number of projects for the production of cheese.
- The cheese sector creates a very serious demand for a large amount of raw milk. But we must understand that this will not form a long-term trend, - said Artem Belov.
