The Federal Tax Service began to bankrupt a large farm Artemida near Ufa
In March 2021, the Arbitration Court of Bashkiria stopped the proceedings on the bankruptcy of the farm, which had been going on since 2009. The reason for this was the conclusion of a settlement agreement with creditors. Under the terms of the agreement, LLC Breeding Farm Artemida leased to the peasant farm holding livestock and equipment, so that the company could resume its activities and pay off creditors, including the largest - VTB Bank and OTP Bank. The Tax Service objected to the termination of the bankruptcy case.
The peasant farm holding Artemida was founded in 1991 by Evgeny Pozhidaev and Igor Katerenchuk. The company is registered in Beketovo village, Karmaskaly district. The farm is engaged in cattle breeding and grain growing. Evgeny Pozhidaev owns several other agricultural companies with the same name - LLC Artemida, Artemida Breeding Farm, Artemida-Agro, and Idel company.
In 2020, the investment project of the farm Artemida for the modernization of a breeding reproducer for raising Holstein cows on the basis of a dairy complex in Karmaskaly district was considered at the "Investment Hour" by the head of Bashkiria and included in the register of priority investment projects.
