The court accepted the bankruptcy claim of the distributor of the Moscow region holding “Russkoye moloko”
The first meeting on the bankruptcy of another structure of the Moscow region holding "Russkoye moloko" is scheduled for November 8. Judge of the capital arbitration Andrey Arkhipov will consider the claim of Mr. Sadkov.
The essence of the applicant's claims in the court documents is not disclosed, but it is known from the files of cases that Pavel Sadkov is the lessor of the company. In July 2019, the arbitration granted Mr. Sadkov's request for procedural succession in the transaction under the equipment leasing agreement concluded between “Ruzskoye moloko” and LLC “RMB-Leasing”. In accordance with it, Mr. Sadkov became the owner of the debt of "Ruzskoye moloko" on lease payments in the amount of 13.5 million rubles, as well as 14 items of German equipment for packaging, which was issued a financial lease.
It has to be noted that this is not the only bankruptcy suit filed against the structures of the Moscow region holding "Russkoye moloko". The arbitration also considers the case of declaring insolvent JSC "Ruzskoye moloko" (legal entity of the manufacturer). In addition, the founder of the holding – Vasily Boyko the Great - was arrested in a criminal case of embezzlement. According to investigators, he stole more than 180 million rubles and 929 thousand US dollars.
The agricultural holding “Russkoye moloko” was founded in 2003. It is composed of eight agricultural companies, dairy plant "Ruzskoye moloko", feed mill "Bogorodskoye", a workshop for production of biohumus in agricultural production cooperative "Staronikolaevsky" and the above mentioned distribution company.
