Revenue of the brand “Selo Zelenoe” exceeded 1 billion rubles per month

Revenue from sales of products under the brand “Selo Zelenoe” in January this year amounted to a record 1 billion 100 million rubles. This is 46% higher than a year before, writes The DairyNews with reference to the press service of KOMOS.

The highest sales volumes were recorded in the product categories "butter", "canned food" and "ice cream", and the highest sales growth was in such target regions as Moscow and the Republic of Bashkiria (almost three times), Tyumen region (2.8 times), and St. Petersburg (almost twice).

"At the end of 2019, “Selo Zelenoe” was recognized by Nielsen analytical company as the fastest growing brand on the market in the FMCG (consumer goods) category", said Andrey Shutov, managing shareholder of LLC “KOMOS GROUP”. – We have wanted for a long time to cross the threshold of 1 billion rubles a month in revenue from the sale of products manufactured under this brand, and in January this year, the goal was achieved. This is the first step towards getting closer to the indicator of 15 billion rubles, which we have set for ourselves as a target for 2020", he said.  

According to Kirill Chechin, Executive Director of LLC “KOMOS GROUP”, active promotion of products under the company's flagship brand on the Federal market started in 2018. "Thanks to a focused strategy in commercial and marketing policy, a large-scale advertising campaign, as well as consistently high product quality, we managed to achieve significant success both in knowing of the brand “Selo Zelenoe” by consumers and in its representation in several regions of Russia. Last year, we delivered almost 130,000 tons of dairy and meat products under this brand and about 70 million pieces of eggs to Federal networks", - he said.
