“Ostankino dairy plant” is again threatened with bankruptcy
The case was handed over to Judge Vladimir Chernukhin. The court has not accepted the claim for consideration yet. Details of the case, the amount of debt of "Ostankino dairy plant" is not specified yet.
Earlier, “Agroinvest” tried to recover 93.4 million rubles from the plant through the court (case no. A40-279303/2019). The Arbitration court of Moscow stopped the proceedings in the case, as the parties came to an amicable agreement in December 2019.
“Ostankino dairy plant” has been operating since 1955. The company produces various types of dairy products, including cheeses and milkshakes. In 2017, the Arbitration court of Moscow declared JSC “Ostankino dairy plant” bankrupt at the request of Bank “Vozrozhdenie” (case no. A40-55732/2017). The company is currently in liquidation. At the same time, PJSC "MILKILAND NV" created an eponymous LLC, which is involved in a new bankruptcy case.
According to the unified state register of legal entities, “Agroinvest” was registered in 2017 in Moscow, and its main activity is wholesale trade in food products.
