Neva-Milk holding will invest 1 billion rubles in the plant Kursk-Moloko
The structure of LLC Nevskie Syry (part of the group of companies Neva-Milk) became the only participant in the auction for the sale of the property complex of LLC Kursk-Moloko. The founder is the international company Milkiland, which is also the owner of the assets of the plant of JSC Syrodel in Rylsk. The site was sold for 217 million rubles.
"We plan to develop this site. We would not be interested in the plant collapsing, so we bought the debt from the Bank and took control of the bankruptcy procedure to prevent the plant from disappearing. During the bankruptcy process, we rented it. We are doing everything to preserve this plant, we are aiming to cooperate with Milkiland, and we even suggested that they continue to produce cheese King Arthur. We hope that the offer will interest them", said Albert Sufiyarov.
As part of the project, new cheese-making machines will be installed and the drying shop will be reconstructed for deeper processing of whey.
At the moment, the company is considering ways to sell whey powder, and plans to supply it to the largest confectionery and food companies in Central Russia, as well as for the production of baby food.
LLC Nevskiye Syry purchased the debts of the dairy plant from Vozrozhdenie Bank. The St. Petersburg company also managed to achieve recognition of Rylsky Syrodel as insolvent.
We will remind, earlier the founder of LLC Kursk-Moloko LLC Milkiland RU expressed a desire to pay off debts and restore the right to the plant. In this case, the company will be able to challenge the introduction of bankruptcy proceedings. The court will consider the results of debt repayment on August 11.
