Moscow arbitration court will deal with the bankruptcy of the investment company of Vasily Boyko-Velikiy

The first hearing in the case is scheduled for April 8, 2020. Judge of the Moscow Arbitration court Ekaterina Zlobina will consider the claim of Moscow tax authorities against JSC "Vash finansovy popechtel (Your financial trustee)".

JSC "Vash finansovy popechtel (Your financial trustee)" owns 10% of the authorized capital of LLC CB “Credit Express”. It was the financial and credit organization that "brought" Vasily Boyko-Velikiy to the criminal case. As previously reported by investigators, Mr. Boyko-Velikiy is suspected of embezzling 30 million rubles and stealing 500 thousand US dollars from customers of "Credit Express". According to law enforcement authorities, the businessman and a number of Bank employees, using personal data of clients, took out loans and transferred money from accounts using forged documents. Now Vasily Boyko-Veliky is in jail.

JSC "Vash finansovy popechtel (Your financial trustee)" positions itself as a multi-profile investment company. By data Kartoteka.ru, the company was registered in 1993, its authorized capital is 212.8 million rubles. Marina Ivkina is listed as the General Director, and Vasily Boyko–Velikiy is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the founder (according to the official website). In 2018, the revenue of JSC "Vash finansovy popechtel (Your financial trustee)" amounted to 6.5 million rubles, net loss - 3.9 million rubles. 

We remind that earlier bankruptcy cases were initiated against a number of companies that are part of the holding "Russkoye moloko", the founder of which is also Vasily Boyko-Veliky. In particular, the arbitration considered applications for recognition as insolvent LLC "Trading house "Ruzskoe Moloko" (a distribution company of the holding) and JSC "Ruzskoe Moloko" (a dairy plant). In both cases, the proceedings were stopped due to the payment of debts.
