At the forum of "Mercury" of the Rosselkhoznadzor, as well as in chat rooms in social networks there began to appear messages from market participants about failures in the system of electronic veterinary certification.
Meanwhile, Nikolay Vlasov summed up the results of the first day of connection of the expanded list of goods subject to EVCd and noted that "Mercury" did not feel additional load, as well as information systems of retailers integrated with them".
"According to our impressions, on July 1, there was certified about half – a third (there were some problems not in milk processors but in trading and logistics companies) of the finished dairy products, which since July 1 should be certified without fail. The reason is, first of all, in the lack of cooperation of contractors", - said the official.
According to Deputy Head of the Department, the customer service of the Rosselkhoznadzor, is now working with the load, approximately twice the spring load (now there are approximately 1,600 appeals per day, in the spring there were about 800). At the same time, it has been working in this mode for 2 months – that is, all the time of preparation of production participants and appeals to the expansion of the list of certified controlled goods. On July 1 there was no surge in appeals.
"There was no significant increase in the number of electronic veterinary certificates issued per day on July 1 this year. In recent months, during working day there were issued around 6.5-6.7 million of electronic veterinary accompanying documents in the country; on July 1 there were issued a little more than 6.8 million. Does this mean that everything went smoothly? Of course not. The number of people who "feed the dogs before going out to hunt" has not decreased. Total certification of cheese, butter and canned milk (as well as EVC for some other types of finished dairy products) started, but in all, started, but some participants still have some problems", - said Nikolay Vlasov.
The official also noted that the milk processors were more ready for the beginning of EVC, and on July 1 cheese and butter were delivered to the enterprises of the commodity distribution network mainly with "branches".
The leader in the sector of milk processing enterprises for registration of electronic veterinary accompanying documents today is the Barnaulsky dairy plant.
