"Lebedyanmoloko" plans to double the processing at the new plant in Lipetsk region for 3 billion rubles

Lipetsk producer of dairy products LLC "Lebedyanmoloko" will spend 3 billion rubles to modernize the milk processing enterprise. The large-scale investment project will upgrade the company's industrial capacity by 60%, reported the regional administration.

The company has already attached new shops with a total area of 5 thousand square meters to the new building of the plant in Lebedyan district, there was upgraded the power supply system. The premises have modern equipment, most of which is imported from Europe and meets the requirements of the European standard in terms of technology, automation, technical aesthetics and sanitation. The production process will be controlled by computer technology from a single control post. The company does not plan to reduce the number of employees, the released employees will be involved in other facilities that are under construction. 

In early 2020, "Lebedyanmoloko" plans to launch a new line for the production and packaging of dairy products. This will increase the capacity from 350 to 700 tons of processed milk per day. The company plans to complete the modernization of the plant by the end of 2020.

LLC “Lebedyanmoloko” is registered on May 14, 2001, the authorized capital is 10 thousand rubles, the founder is Alexander Kremnev, the General Director - Sergey Melnikov. The company produces more than 75 types of products: milk, cottage cheese, butter, sour cream, kefir, cream, fermented baked milk, yogurt - with a total volume of more than 100 thousand tons per year. The company's revenue at the end of 2018, according to the financial statements, amounted to 4.4 billion rubles (in 2017 - 3.7 billion rubles), the profit is 112.7 million rubles (in 2017 - 126.5 million rubles). According to the results of the 21st Russian agro-industrial exhibition "Golden autumn – 2019" the products of the company "Lebedyanmoloko" received five gold medals.
