Kupinsky dairy plant will increase processing volumes to 250 tons per day by the middle of the year
Since the beginning of March, the company has been working under increased sanitary measures designed to prevent employees from getting infected with coronavirus: the health of specialists is monitored, their contacts with each other are minimized, personal protective equipment is used – overalls, masks, gloves, and premises are constantly disinfected.
Since the beginning of spring, the plant has seen an increase in demand for products with a long shelf life, in particular, milk powder. It should be noted that the Kupinsky dairy plant is one of the few Russian enterprises specializing in the production of not only the usual products of the whole-milk group, but also butter and milk and cream powder.
The plant also explains the increase in demand for powdered dairy products due to seasonal reasons – by the summer, ice cream manufacturers are increasing their production volumes, using this raw material for preparing cold treats.
In addition, in the context of the pandemic and economic crisis, more and more consumers of exchange-traded dry products on the B2B market prefer to buy milk powder from Russian producers.
The main task of Kupinsky dairy plant now is to provide Novosibirsk residents with high-quality natural milk and fermented dairy products, despite the coronavirus pandemic and difficult economic conditions around the world.
