Key events of the XI Dairy Olympics will be broadcast live
The future of the Russian and world dairy industry will be discussed on May 27 in St. Petersburg during the VII Summer Dairy summit on the first day of the business program of the XI Dairy Olympics.
The event will be attended by more than 430 representatives of 12 countries, including Stefan Duerr, owner of GC “EkoNiva”, Mark Beck, Vice-President of the Council on exports of dairy products of the U.S. Department of agriculture, Alexey Bogdanov, head of the main Department of foreign economic activity of the Ministry of agriculture and food of the Republic of Belarus, Susan Kilsby, senior analyst at research Agency NZX AgriHQ, Christophe Lafougere, managing Director of the analytical Agency GIRA, Artem Belov, Executive Director of Soyuzmoloko, Jayen Mehta, senior Manager of planning division of Indian dairy giant Amul and others.
In 2019, the XI Dairy Olympics is held with the support of the Government of St. Petersburg. Productive interaction of the industry event with the authorities of one of the leading regions in dairy farming is supported by the participation of Vice-Governor of the region Yevgeny Elin in the VII Summer Dairy Summit.
The II Dairy forum of regions will take place on May 28 in St. Petersburg in the framework of the XI annual Dairy Olympics. Representatives of authorities, leading banking organizations and international companies will talk about how the dairy industry is supported in Russia and whose experience can be used for the most effective work in the dairy market.
The uniqueness of the Dairy forum of the regions lies in the possibility of close communication with the heads of regional agricultural departments, heads of regions and organizations that support investment projects in the dairy industry and leading analysts of the world dairy market.
Yuri Kalabin, Chairman of the Committee on industrial policy and innovation of St. Petersburg, Oleg Tikhomirov, Deputy Chairman of the North-West Bank (PJSC Sberbank), Ilya Fedorov, Senior analyst of the Center of the economic Embassy of the Czech Republic, Olga Abramova, Minister of agriculture and food of the Udmurt Republic, Oleg Malashchenko, Deputy Chairman of the Government of Leningrad region, Chairman of the Committee on agro-industrial and fisheries complex of the region, Mikhail Glazkov, Deputy Governor of Vologda region, Elena Avdeeva, Mayor of Cherepovets (Vologda region), Yuri Lysov, Deputy Minister of agriculture of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Stefan Perevalov, Head of the business development Agency (Kaluga region) and others will make presentations at the plenary event of the second day of the Olympics – at the II Dairy forum of regions.
On May 29 a conference “New generation and milk" dedicated to the most important topic in the consumption of dairy products - baby food and the priorities to grow a healthy generation will be held in the framework of the XI Dairy Olympiad in St. Petersburg.
