JSC "Shuvalovo" from Kostroma region will build the II stage of the dairy complex for 337 million rubles in 2019

JSC "Shuvalovo" (Shuvalovo village, Kostroma region) plans to build the second stage of the dairy complex for 600 heads in 2019, reported the press service of the Governor.

"Now the construction of the first stage of the complex is being completed, the first batch of Holstein cows has been delivered. By the end of this year, the second stage for 600 heads will be put into operation", said the representative of the press service.

The total investment in the project is 857 million rubles, of which 680 million rubles is a preferential loan from Sberbank (MOEX: SBER), provided until 2033.

Investments at the first stage of the project will amount to 520 million rubles, at the second - 337 million rubles.

According to the press service of the Head of the region, the company provides state support measures. In 2018 more than 12.4 million rubles were provided for the purchase of machinery and equipment, the purchase of pedigree cattle and the creation of a stock of seeds of agricultural crops. In the next two years, a subsidy is planned to reimburse part of the costs for the purchase of agricultural machinery, pedigree young animals and construction.

The construction of a dairy complex for 1200 heads began in 2018.

The launch of the complex will increase the total number of cattle in the region by 7.8%, milk production - by 12.3%. Self-sufficiency in milk in the region will increase from 72.7% to 80%.

The project at the end of December 2017 received the approval of the Council for attracting investments in Kostroma region and is included in the register of priorities. Governor of the region Sergey Sitnikov held talks with Sberbank representatives within the framework of the St. Petersburg international economic forum (SPIEF-2018), following which Sberbank decided to lend to the project.

According to the analytical system "SPARK-Interfax", JSC "Shuvalovo" was registered in March 1993. The main activity is pig breeding and the production of sausages. The authorized capital of JSC is 34 227 rubles. Co-owners are three individuals: Ninel Komina (she owns 50.22% of the charter capital), Vladimir Komin (48,66%) and Elena Malkova (0,003%).
