He said that megaferma has been working with a well-known company for two months. Moreover, the milk delivered is of the highest grade "Extra". Pskov milk is used to make baby food "Agusha", "Vesely molochnik", "Prostokvashino", "Domik v derevne".
Andrey Kozlov also reminded that Krasnoe znamya was the first to work with the multinational corporation PepsiCo, which includes Wimm-Bill-Dann, which is the first milk processing company in the world. No one else is currently working with Danone in Pskov region.
‘There is always a conflict between the buyer and the seller. One wants to buy cheaper, and the other wants to sell more expensive. This is a normal situation. When they try to offend us and get lower prices, we go to another counterparty. Because milk is not iron, it cannot get a good price after lying down for a week. It has a deadline for selling, it can turn sour, so there are few options here,’ the deputy said.
Andrey Kozlov stressed that multinational companies have very high requirements for the quality of milk: 16 quality indicators.
‘If you can't comply with at least one, you immediately get lower grade. If milk is not of a very good grade, then the price will be low. I convinced the specialists to believe that only high-quality products can be sold well and expensively. And now our milk is fought for, the companies try to persuade us,’ the producer said, adding that ‘the Finnish company Valio tried our milk and now negotiations are underway on the price. Cooperation with Campina is also being discussed.’
