John Clark will speak at the Summer Dairy Summit
The expert will speak during the first session of the summit, which will be held under the motto "Seeing the future".
‘At the moment, we are positive, studying the situation on the global dairy market in 2021. We look forward to completing the rally in the catering industry. We hope for the greater sustainability of this sector. If the situation in the food service segment stabilizes, it will be good for all dairy plants. I also hope that when people return to a more familiar world, we will see more travel, more cool food, more open restaurants, and more healthy nutrition,’ notes John Clark.
The expert emphasizes that this year the key trends of consumption in the world remain.
‘Plant-based products will remain in the trend and their consumption will increase. I see that people are paying more and more attention to health and well-being. Sustainability and ethical consumption will become even more important over the next year,’ says the Glanbia representative, noting that it remains important to work with the target consumer audience and offer products designed for a specific group of customers - whether they are products for the age generation, for young people, for women or children.
