In the Siberian Federal district there was created an organization of milk producers and processors
According to the Siberian milk producers and processors who made the decision to create the organization, working in cooperation with the industry Union, which has repeatedly proved its effectiveness in lobbying the interests of milk producers and processors, solving key issues in the industry, interacting with government agencies, informing, etc., will allow Siberian milk producers and processors to reach a qualitatively different level in solving a variety of issues, including regulatory, market and price regulation.
The idea of creating a regional branch of Soyuzmoloko in the Siberian Federal district was born in the expert community a few years ago and came to life after the XI Congress of Soyuzmoloko, held in late January in Moscow. The Congress also included a round table "Experience of regional unions in the dairy market: goals, tasks and activities", where representatives of regional associations of agricultural producers, regional agribusiness bodies shared their experience in organizing work and discussed possible areas of cooperation with Soyuzmoloko. Such industry cooperation involves producers and processors of milk at all levels in the process of solving urgent problems of the industry and makes it more open and effective – all this contributes to the development of the dairy industry in the regions and in Russia as a whole.
Now Siberia is joining the large-scale industry cooperation: Siberians have many pressing issues that require solutions with the participation of the industry community and influential Federal support. In turn, the Federal Ministry of agriculture has repeatedly stated that it is considering building a joint work with one Union – Soyuzmoloko, which represents the interests of both producers and processors of milk and dairy products.
The founding Congress of the Siberian regional branch of the National Union of milk producers (Soyuzmoloko) will be held on March 20, 2020 in Novosibirsk at the hotel “Azimuth”.
Earlier, an Association of more than 50 companies in the dairy industry was created in Voronezh region.
