According to the Ministry of agriculture and food of Moscow region, the first cheese cluster in Russia is created in Dmitrov city district. Its residents are provided with land plots of 1-3 hectares without bidding with complete engineering infrastructure.
"An important event of this week is the laying of plants in the cheese cluster. We talked about this a lot. The process of preparation of the industrial park has been completed. We have invested 900 million rubles from the regional budget - gas, electricity, utilities are ready", said the Governor of Moscow region Andrey Vorobyov.
He noted that about 15 thousand tons of cheese can be produced annually in this territory.
Construction of facilities will begin in the near future.
"EcoFarming" will create a factory for the production of cheese from goat's milk; the cost is about 220 million. "Within the framework of this project, it is planned to organize the processing of goat milk with a capacity of about 16 tons per shift, up to 5.5 thousand tons per year. As a result of the project, there will be built the production of dairy products with a capacity of up to 1.5 thousand tons per year and cheeses from goat milk with a capacity of up to 0.5 thousand tons per year", explained the head of the regional agricultural department Andrey Razin.
"Kurshavalskaya cheese factory" plans to build a milk processing complex with engineering infrastructure, to purchase and install technological equipment and accessories for the production of cheese. The total amount of funding for the project, which will be implemented in two stages, will be about 250 million rubles.
Investment is also made by Dmitrovsky dairy plant (LLC "SYROVAR (CHEESEMAKER)"). It is expected that the French Savencia will act as a resident.
The project of Dmitrovsky dairy plant provides for the construction of a milk processing complex with an engineering infrastructure for the production of cheese. The volume of investments is about 570 million rubles. The capacity of the investment project is 5400 tons per year.
In turn, Savencia suggests the construction of a cheese factory on the territory of the agro-industrial park, followed by an increase in capacity by half.
