EkoNiva will resume construction of a dairy plant in Novosibirsk region. As the president of the holding Stefan Durr noted, the resumption of this investment project, which was previously frozen, is the main challenge for 2022, writes The DairyNews with reference to the information of Agroinvestor.
Stefan Durr reminded that the design capacity of the dairy plant is 1,150 tons of raw milk per day.
- The project will allow to multiply the production of finished dairy products in the region, including those with high added value, for example, hard cheeses. In addition, it includes a workshop for drying and demineralization of whey with a level of demineralization of 90%,’ he said.
Earlier we reported that by the end of 2021, EkoNiva produced 1,117 million tons of raw milk.
