Christophe Lafougere will speak at the XII Dairy Olympics
Gira analysts predict an increase in milk production in the European Union (+1.1-1.3%) and the United States of America (+1.9). In addition, the steady increase in prices allowed them to revise production forecasts in key producing regions upward.
‘In 2020, the sustainability of the dairy industry was an important achievement. The market has compensated for consumer shocks and, despite the poor situation in the foodservice sector, has shown resilience,’ Christophe Lafougere said.
