Aram Galstyan was appointed acting Director of VNIMI.
We will remind that Dmitry Kharitonov, a specialist in the field of technology of milk processing, dairy products, starter cultures and bacterial concentrates, author of over 120 scientific papers, a holder of 5 patents, he is a Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences, teaches at the Federal state budgetary educational institution of higher education “Moscow State University of technology and management named after K. G. Razumovsky” in Moscow.

Aram Galstyan has worked in "VNIMI" since 1998. There were noted major scientific achievements of A. G. Galstyan in the field of storage and processing of agricultural products.
The results of Galstyan's work are presented in 225 scientific papers, including 5 monographs, 1 textbook, 1 laboratory workshop, 17 patents for invention and 7 certificates for software.
The resource-saving technology of dry and condensed dairy canned food, necessary normative and technical documentation: 12 of national standards and 9 interstate standards, including 6 projects;14 standard technological instructions; 61 set of technical documentation and 6 standards of organizations, developed under the direction of or with the direct participation Galstyan A. G. contribute to large-scale implementation of research results into the real sector of the economy. The results were implemented at more than 100 enterprises in Russia and CIS countries. Since 2016 he has been a corresponding member of the RAS.
The All-Russian Research Institute of dairy industry (VNIMI) was organized in December 1929 and became the first institution in the country, designed to provide scientific support to the dairy industry in all areas of milk processing.
