According to Leonov, cheese cluster will have reached its design capacity by 2020. It is planned that only cheese producers in the cluster will process about 125 thousand tons of milk.
The minimum amount having which an investor can become a resident of the cheese cluster is 3 tons of cheese per day.
We will remind that according to the authorities of the region, the cheese cluster in Moscow region may start the work at the end of 2018. In the framework of the project in addition to the production of cheese it is planned to start up the production of sports nutrition based on milk whey.
