According to the founder of agricultural holding "Russian milk", in connection with the decision of Rosselkhoznadzor about "regionalization", reduction of import of raw milk is expected in Moscow region, according to The DairyNews.
"It is necessary to fight against animal diseases. Another thing, it is important to consider the consequences of this decision. Moscow is the region, where milk is delivered from several subjects, so here there will be an immediate reduce of the supply of raw milk. Therefore, we can expect an increase in the use of palm oil and diluted milk powder in production of dairy products," - said Vasiliy Boiko-Velikiy, answering a question of the correspondent of DairyNews about the consequences of the decision of the Rosselkhoznadzor about "regionalization".
