"Vakinskoe Agro" invests 3 billion rubles in the creation of a dairy farm

He visited the site, where they keep cattle, raise calves, where there is feed manufacturing, robotic system, where they use milking units for voluntary milking of cows. He also got acquainted with the production process of dairy products at the processing plant of the agricultural company. Deputy Chairman of the Government of Ryazan region Sergey Dudukin and Chairman of the Board of Directors of LLC "Vakinskoe Agro" Sergey Turta informed the Head of the region on the main indicators of the activity and the nearest perspectives for the development of the agricultural enterprise.

LLC "Vakinskoe agro" is implementing an investment project worth more than 3 billion rubles on creation of a dairy farm for 3420 milking cows. Currently there are 2560 cows in the farm. Milk yield per average cow is 7918 kg, which is 2121 kg more than the average regional indicator. All obtained milk is processed at their own facilities. The plan of agricultural company is to the expand production at the dairy plant capable of processing 120 tons of milk per day, which will allow to produce fermented dairy products.
