The Russian Dairy Research Center releases a map of industrial consumption of milk

The map will show the ratio between production volume and processing volume of raw milk. The map demonstrates the degree of self-sufficiency with the processing capacity of the dairy industry in regions of Russia. Also, the map will present the TOP 10 regions - leaders and TOP 10 regions with minimal indicators of industrial consumption of milk in the regions of Russia.

The map of industrial consumption of milk will be distributed at major exhibitions (including Meat and dairy industry), at the events organized by The DairyNews, and also at all important activities of the dairy industry.

The map will be interesting to representatives of the processing industry, producers of raw milk, as well as to other participants of the dairy market.
