On December 8 the Ministry of agriculture will hold a working group meeting on selection of investment projects to receive subsidies for compensation of capital costs, it is planned that on December 9 there will be held at a meeting of the Commission of the Ministry, which will finally approve the list of projects.
The planned meeting on selection of investment projects is the first one this year.
It was reported earlier that Governor of Voronezh region Alexey Gordeev sent a letter to Head of the Government Dmitry Medvedev with a request to allocate money from the anti-crisis Fund to the Ministry of agriculture to repay the farmers of the Russian Federation on investment loans in 2016 and to select projects for co-financing till the end of this year, so as not to deprive them of subsidies on investment loans due to new regulations support.
In November, the national Union of milk producers (Soyuzmoloko) has sent a letter to Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich with the statement that the state did not provide the promised subsidies for compensation part of loan interest rate in the amount of about 4 billion rubles and for compensation of investment in the amount of 3.5 billion rubles.
The last Commission, that decided which farmers have to be compensated for the investments worked at the end of 2015, and the Commission that determined who has to be reimbursed part of the interest rates - in September 2015.
