The Ministry of agriculture has published a plan of concessional lending to borrowers in 2019, reports The DairyNews. According to the document, as of January 17, the total amount of subsidies provided to authorized banks is 12 billion rubles for short-term loans and 5 billion for investment loans.

At the same time, the concessional lending plan for 2019 provides 29 billion rubles of subsidies for short-term loans and 43.5 billion rubles for investment loans.

The concessional lending plan provides financial support of previously accepted subsidized concessional short-term loans and concessional investment loans, as well as concessional short-term loans planned to be issued.

It is planned to allocate 3.5 billion rubles for preferential loans to small farms, 12 billion rubles for the development of crop production, 8.5 billion rubles for the development of animal husbandry, 874 million rubles for the processing of crop and livestock products, 4.1 billion rubles for the development of dairy cattle breeding, 491 million rubles for the development of beef cattle breeding.

Taking into account the earlier adopted investment loans to subsidize, it is planned to allocate 6.9 billion rubles for preferential investment loans for the development of dairy cattle breeding in 2019. In accordance with the preferential loans that are planned to be issued, the volume of "milk subsidies" is 500 million rubles.

In 2019 the maximum amount of subsidies for new preferential loans will be received by Belgorod region (204 million rubles), Voronezh region (196 million rubles), the Republic of Tatarstan (117 million rubles), Krasnodar region (98 million rubles). Taking into account the previously issued loans, the maximum volume of subsidies is in the following regions: Voronezh region (497 million rubles), Republic of Tatarstan (407 million rubles), Belgorod region (386 million rubles), Krasnodar region (336 million rubles).
