The Ministry of agriculture approved the updated plan of preferential crediting

The limit of Federal subsidies on preferential investment crediting in the direction of "development of dairy cattle breeding" is 1,365 billion. Additionally, the limit on preferential short-term credits for development of dairy cattle breeding is equal to 1,11 billion rubles.

Earlier, The DairyNews reported that in early August the Government approved changes to the Rules of preferential crediting. The document expands the terms of reference of constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the implementation of the mechanism of preferential crediting. In particular, the regions will independently set the maximum size of the preferential short-term credit to one borrower in their territory. According to the new paper not only farm holdings and agricultural consumer cooperatives are referred to the concept of a small form of management, but also business companies, business partnerships and individual entrepreneurs engaged in the production and processing of agricultural products and production cooperatives engaged in procurement of agricultural raw material whose annual income for the reporting financial year is not more than 120 million rubles.

By proposal of the authorized banks, borrowers, and industry unions and associations according to the new edition of the Rules of preferential crediting, the borrower granted the right for received after July 1, 2017 with an authorized Bank at a commercial rate short-term credit to move to the reduced rate and the possibility of refinancing of previously signed preferential investment credit since 1 January 2018.
