This was reported by Kharon Amerkhanov, Director of the Department of animal husbandry and breeding of the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation, informs The DairyNews.
The establishment of such centers is envisaged in the framework of the "Road map for the development of livestock breeding", which was signed by Dzhambulat Khatuov at the meeting "Improving of breeding base – the basis for the development of dairy cattle breeding" in Leningrad region.
"The information centers, which will cover all the work carried out individually with each head to get high-value animals should operate in each region. We want to see in the tradable sector only purebred animals, not natives," said Kharon Amerkhanov, answering the question of the correspondent of DairyNews about the major activities of the Road map.
