The head of the holding "AgriVolga" commented on the lend-lease of "Voschazhnikovo" to its subsidiary
We will remind: the bankruptcy administrator made a decision on the lend-lease of the agricultural complex "Voschazhnikovo" to LLC "Agrofirm “Zemledelets” - a subsidiary of the holding company "AgriVolga". At the same time, a prerequisite was the preservation of all social obligations to the staff – wages, the provision of housing and employment.
"The bankruptcy administrator of the enterprise "Voschazhnikovo" made a decision on the lend-lease of the agricultural complex "Voschazhnikovo" to LLC "Agrofirm “Zemledelets”, and the government of Yaroslavl region supported this initiative, - commented the General Director of the holding "AgriVolga" Andrey Molev. - Governor of Yaroslavl region Dmitry Mironov set the task to preserve this enterprise, which is one of the largest regional dairy complex. At present more than 300 people are employed in "Voschazhnikovo". We will save for all employees their jobs, wages and fulfill other social obligations. Milk, which is produced in "Voschazhnikovo", will be used for the development of the dairy complex of Yaroslavl region. By the end of the year, we will launch a line for the production of milk and fermented dairy products with a capacity of about 75 tons per day, and since mid-2020 – for the production of high-quality cheeses with a processing capacity of more than 100 tons per day in the city of Uglich at the Uglich cheese and dairy plant, where the modernization of the entire production site is currently taking place".
