The government will allocate 8 billion to raise productivity in dairy cattle breeding

The government resolution of 23 January 2017 No. 50 approved the Rules of granting subsidies from the Federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation aimed at improving productivity in dairy cattle breeding.
7964,4 million rubles is provided from the Federal budget for these grants, according to The DairyNews with a link to the website of the Government of the Russian Federation.
Subsidies are provided to the budget of the region in the presence of agricultural producers engaged in the production, sale and (or) shipment to own processing factories, as well as having the number of cows and (or) goats in its territory.
One of the conditions of provision of funds to agricultural producers for these purposes is increasing of milk production of cows.
