TH Group will build a dairy plant for 1000 tons in Kaluga region

"The meeting of the Governor of Kaluga region with the President of TH Group influenced the start of the project both in Moscow region and Kaluga region at once. They managed to do what was not expected: they made the decision on construction of a dairy plant for 1,000 tons per day in our region. We offered them the best conditions: the construction of a dairy plant in the free economic zone with the preferences. There was enough land, and what is more important, we did not wait until they would acquire machinery, we began to help them from the very beginning", - said Leonid Gromov.

In July this year, The DairyNews reported that the Russian subsidiary of the Vietnamese dairy concern TH True Milk had started to build a dairy complex for 6 thousand cows in Kaluga region. In October last year, the head of TH Group, Thai Huong laid the first stone of the new farm in Ulyanovsk district of Kaluga region. The project implies the construction of 9 complexes for 5 thousand milking cows each. This will allow doubling the existing production volume of raw milk in Kaluga region.
