According to the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Spetscentruchet in agriculture", the average production cost of butter with fat content 72.5% increased by 9.6% in Russia.
For butter with fat content 82,5% the figure increased by 6.3% during the year.

Recall that the production cost is the actual price of manufactured food products sold by processors to shops and food markets (with VAT, without shipping charges, forwarding, loading and unloading of products).

Note that according to analysts of the Federal State Budgetary Institution presented in the report, during the reporting week on 10 October, the average production cost of butter with fat content 72,5% increased by 1.1% and amounted to 336 986,4 RUB/t. the Average production cost of butter with fat content 82,5% has reached 367 427,7 RUB/t (+0,5% per week).

In the districts the highest index of producer prices for butter with fat content 82% fat is in the North-Western Federal district - 450557,1 RUB/t. The lowest figure is in the North Caucasian Federal district - 327 562,5 RUB/t.

The highest price for butter with fat content 72,5% is recorded in the North-Western Federal district - 391 561,6 RUB/t. In the North Caucasian Federal district the figure was 294 515,4 RUB/t.
