Patrushev: we expect to increase exports of meat and dairy products 4 times

The Minister of agriculture of the Russian Federation Dmitry Patrushev stressed that support for the export of agriculture will be carried out mainly through the mechanism of preferential crediting to the industry. He told about it at the agricultural exhibition "Golden autumn", reports The DairyNews.
- By today, the Ministry of agriculture has already received more than 400 applications, which should ensure the growth of exports of agricultural products by 17%, said Patrushev.
The weaknesses of the transport system, the Minister said, are a serious deterrent to the development of exports.
- In the framework of the export support there is provided the payment of the cost of construction of transit stations.
These are China, India and Southeast Asia. The challenge now is to remove restrictive barriers. Dmitry Patrushev also stressed the need to create a system of promotion of products in foreign markets (including branding and protection of domestic products in other countries).
