Nikolay Kireev: the price of milk cannot be calculated for three years

The price of milk cannot be calculated in prospect for three years, for sure someone will be in the red, the expert said.

According to the document, preferential loans for the purchase of raw milk for the production of dairy products will be provided on condition that the raw materials are purchased under the agreement concluded between the producer of raw milk and the processor. The contract must be concluded for a period of not less than three years.

- Each of the parties can go burst, in today's situation no one knows how the price of milk will change – price jumps and drawdowns will be repeated, the market is not safe from this. Long-term contracts in this form are pressure. The relationship between supplier and manufacturer should be based on voluntary cooperation and commitment. Forcing to interact according to such scheme won't lead to anything good, – Nikolay Kireev noted.
