Moscow government came to a decision not to sell the agricultural holding Mosmedynagroprom due to the imposed food embargo. The enterprise is admitted to be strategically important. The Moscow government denied earlier the idea to divide the object as some milk producers suggested – into milk processing factory and milk producing farm. The last month two foreign investors were eager to purchase the enterprise, but any certain decision regarding its price wasn’t reached. The last official price of the object totaled 1.8 bln rubles, its initial price was 4.5 bln rubles. The holding’s net profit in I-II Q 2014 was 898,000 rubles compared to 10.72 mln rubles of negative profit a year earlier.
