Lyudmila Manitskaya: the more unions, the more correct decisions
– We oppose the merging, as we believe that every opinion is important and it should be taken into account. If we create a third combined Union, a diversity of views will persist and it will not be possible to come to an agreement, because the industry is diverse and there are different problems to solve, – said the Executive Director of RSPMO Lyudmila Manitskaya.
Manitskaya compared unions with political parties, noting that the number of associations affects the number of correct solutions. The Ministry of agriculture should make the right conclusion, believes Lyudmila Manitskaya.
Earlier, at the Ministry of agriculture there was held a meeting with representatives of Soyuzmoloko on a similar issue. The meeting was attended by representatives of about 15 dairy companies.

Experts speak positively, but see the risk of lobbying of narrow interests of a small number of companies by the combined organization. In addition, there is an opinion that the consolidation of unions will not change anything in the market.
