Liquid milk production price grew in Russia to 40 826.3 rubles per ton

As of May, 23rd the average production price of liquid milk with 3.2% fat content has increased by 0.2% to 40 826.3 rubles per ton. During the period under consideration production price of butter with 82.5% fat content increased to 358 577.5 rubles per ton. Compared to the same period of the previous year the increase reached 9.9%.
Production price of butter with 72.5% fat content has grown within a week by 0.2% to 321 416.7 rubles per ton. Since the beginning of the year the increase reached 1.9%. Sour cream with 20% fat content production price has increased by 0.1% and reached 142 514.8 rubles per ton. During the year the price increased by 2.4%. Hard cheese production price as of May, 23rd was fixed at 316 184.5 rubles per ton. The price stayed unchanged during the week, has increased by 3.5% during the year and by 2.2% - since the beginning of the year.
