In Kirov region there will be built three large dairy complexes

The plans of Agrofirm "Nemsky" are to increase the milking herd twice - by 1200 heads. For this purpose, in the current year it is planned to begin construction of a new dairy complex.

In Nema district there is the main land bank of our holding. In addition, there is sufficient amount of human resources. Agrofirm "Nemsky" is actively growing today, it has potential for growth. At the first phase there will be built facilities for 1.200 heads of dairy cattle, but all the infrastructure will initially be built for 2400 heads, - said Alexander Mikhailov, Head of the press service of the holding “Doronichi”, Director of corporate management.

According to Vasiliy Koshcheev, General Director of Agrofirm "Nemsky", there are now considered variants of land plots to accommodate the new complex.

It has to be noted that the Agrofirm "Nemsky" combines five farms of the area, which became part of the holding “Doronichi” in 2014.

Its main shareholder is "Kirovskiy meet plant". Now the number of cattle at the enterprise exceeds 5600 heads, including dairy herd – 1300 heads. Milk yield per cow in 2016 was 8400 kg, compared with 2014 it increased by 25%. Daily the farm sells more than 27 tons of milk. With the launch of a new dairy complex it will be close to 90 tons.

The second large investment project is planned to be implemented in Malmyzh district.

Now we are considering the construction of two dairy complexes for 1200 cows each in Malmyzh district. The complexes are plans to be built by the investor from Orel region. Now the issue on allocation of lands is being solved. While implementing such projects one should first consider forage base and human resources, — said Alexey Kotlyachkov.

He also said that direct assistance in the implementation of the project is provided by his Deputy, who weekly visits the place of the supposed implementation of the project.
