"Golden clover" is the only independent award in Russia with transparent judging for the best dairy products. The Nominees are dairy producers, from the largest factories to private farms. The jury of the award are restaurateurs and chefs, independent experts who will determine the most delicious and healthy products in the course of a unique judging system.
In 2019, the “Golden clover award” will be awarded in 12 categories: milk, cottage cheese, yogurt, sour cream, fermented milk product, cheese, dessert, butter, innovation, packaging, ingredient for dishes, jury prize. In addition, in the "cheese" category, the jury members will name the best hard and semi-hard cheese, soft cheese and blue cheese.
Alexey Vinogradov works in a country hotel, the suppliers of which are farmers. According to the expert, work with the supply of dairy products is carried out regularly – they are looking for a product that will truly be able to reveal the dish planned by the chef.
