The ban on the supply of milk from Belarus to Russia will not affect the Russian market, report in the Ministry of agriculture.
"It will not affect in any way. The market is balanced today, there are enough products", said Deputy Minister of agriculture Yevgeny Gromyko to the reporters on the sidelines of the International beverage exhibition Beviale Moscow 2018.

The negotiations with the Belarusian side on milk supplies continue, he said, without telling the date of the next meeting.

"The negotiations are proceeding in a constructive manner. Russia expressed its comments on the quality of Belarusian products. The Belarusian side took note of those comments. The talks continue. But all the same restrictions will be imposed, if there are no specific explanations from the Belarusian side", - said E. Gromyko.

The Rosselkhoznadzor took a decision to impose a ban on the supply of dairy products from Belarus since February 26, then the ban was postponed to 6 March 18:00.

The ban included the supply of pasteurized, sterilized and ultra-pasteurized milk and cream, powdered, concentrated, canned and condensed milk and cream, liquid, concentrated, powdered milk whey and concentrated whey and milk protein.
