Andrey Razin: Farmers of Moscow region have got 1 billion rubles of subsidies

"State support in the amount of 1 billion rubles, allocated to the farmers of the region for the spring sowing is received in full. In particular, in order to get ready timely for the planting season, agricultural producers in the region received subsidies for the provision of untied support – 287 million rubles, to increase milk production, livestock breeding, compensation of interest rates on loans – 713 million rubles", - said Andrey Razin.

Spring field work this year began in the third decade of April. The acreage for sowing of spring crops in Moscow region this year will be more than 200 thousand hectares. It will be increased by 4 thousand hectares compared to last year. The sufficiency of seeds this year is 97.3% of the total need.

"The Ministry conducted all the preparatory work for the conclusion of agreements with agricultural producers of Moscow region for grants. The funds received helped to get ready for spring field works, and I am sure will help to carry out sowing at the optimum time," added Andrey Razin.
