"Agrocomplex named after Tkachev" will direct 700 million rubles on dividends for 2016

Its authorized capital was divided into 4 million 161,857 thousand ordinary shares with a par value of 10 rubles each. Thus, the total amount of dividends for last year will be 699.2 million rubles.

“Agrocomplex” belongs to the family of the Minister of agriculture of the Russian Federation Alexander Tkachev. His father, Nikolay Tkachev previously chaired the Board of Directors of JSC "Firm "Agrocomplex".

In 2014 N.Tkachev died, and in March 2015, the company was renamed to JSC "Firm "Agrocomplex" named after N.I. Tkachev". By the results of 2015, "the Agrocomplex" sent 599.2 million rubles on dividends, per each share there was paid 144 rubles.

The structure of "Agrocomplex named after Tkachev," includes more than 40 companies in various fields: poultry farming, pig breeding, meat and dairy cattle breeding, crop production, trading and processing companies.

The company is one of the largest owners of farmland in Russia: at end of 2016 the land bank of the company amounted to 456 thousand hectares.

The company's net profit last year amounted to 2.9 billion rubles, the revenues - 44.8 billion rubles.
